Part of #7. The first held-out save is ready: tpl-air-offensive-strike (Strait of Hormuz).

  • Plan: plan-5c04fcdf… version 7, 795 units. The spawn audit read all 795 back as planned. Coalition is the player side.
  • Added through the development socket: one Coalition air base without reloads, and a third of the Coalition's land-based strike and fighter aircraft readying for 2 to 4 hours.
  • Records: a held-out save's record now says how it was built, not what it holds. CORPUS_BUILD.md states this.

python tools/lab.py validate-corpus --saves-dir "C:/Temp/Scenarios/CMOnet Lab": 7 ready, every save hash ok.
