Part of #7. The last development save is ready: tpl-scale-500-development. All six development descriptors now have saves; the eight held-out ones remain.

  • Plan: plan-01e8edab… version 20, 1,182 units: NATO 671 and Russia 511, over the Norwegian and Barents Seas and Kola. The spawn audit read all 1,182 back as planned.
  • Scale: Russia's forces near Kola came to 477. A rear theatre over the Leningrad, Pskov and Moscow regions, plus its minor naval forces, took it past the 500 the family requires.
  • Added through the development socket:
    • the NATO special actions "Norwegian SOF raid on Olenya" and "Cyber attack on the Kola air defence network";
    • Evenes airfield 50% damaged;
    • no reloads at Rovaniemi and Kauhava.
  • Builder limits found: #46. A nation's infrastructure is drafted only for the first plan that asks, and a task's example row was copied into another nation's rows.

python tools/lab.py validate-corpus --saves-dir "C:/Temp/Scenarios/CMOnet Lab": 6 ready, every save hash ok.
