Part of #7. The fourth development save is ready: tpl-mixed-midscenario-takeover, a game in progress in the Eastern Mediterranean.

• Plan: plan-7d2e7f87… version 10, 400 units, NATO 300 and Russia 100. The spawn audit read all 400 back as planned.
• Added through the development socket:
  • 5 NATO missions: Cyprus East CAP, CSG CAP, CSG AEW, CSG ASW and South Cyprus Sea Patrol;
  • 3 Russian missions: Latakia CAP, Tartus Sea Control and South Cyprus Sub Patrol;
  • 22 NATO land-based fighters readying for 3 to 6 hours.
• Run-in: the operator ran it 1 h 3 min with AI Stop latched and saved it in progress, as tpl-mixed-midscenario-takeover.save. It is at 07:02:47Z, with 7 NATO and 2 Russian aircraft airborne.
• External edits: corpus.json records the edits the operator makes in CMO during every trial: at 09:00Z the Cyprus East CAP zone moves 30 nm east, and at 11:00Z the South Cyprus Sea Patrol is deactivated.
• First spawn: it stopped on two Builder faults, fixed in #43. The plan was corrected, and the three ships already spawned were moved.

python tools/lab.py validate-corpus --saves-dir "C:/Temp/Scenarios/CMOnet Lab": 4 ready, every save hash ok.

tpl-mixed-midscenario-takeover is the Eastern Mediterranean plan (400
units) with both sides' missions and NATO readiness limits added through
the development socket, run one hour with AI Stop latched and saved in
progress. corpus.json records the save and the external edits the
operator makes during every trial; CORPUS_BUILD.md tells how it was built.
