Part of #7. The first laboratory corpus save is ready, and the build plan for the other 13 is recorded.

• docs/laboratory/CORPUS_BUILD.md: the operator's decisions. One real theatre per family, start 2027-06-15 06:00Z, single-unit airfields with every force in the theatres, objectives judged by the lab, CMOnet's side per family, extras added through the development socket, and the save location. Also a per-family table and the steps for each.
• Pilot tpl-air-defensive-cap (Baltic): Scenario Builder plan version 12, 1,147 units. It was spawned, audited (all read back) and saved by the operator: build 1900.20, NATO selected, SHA-256 e5fdecdf…938b. validate-corpus checks the hash against the saves folder.
• Review lessons: what the order-of-battle review corrected, as guidance for the other families. Two Builder faults found on the way are fixed in #34 and #35.
• Test: the corpus test now allows ready descriptors that carry a recorded save; every other descriptor stays a bare template.

tpl-air-defensive-cap is the first operator-built corpus save:
Scenario Builder plan version 12, 1,147 units, spawned, audited and saved on
2026-10-14 (build 1900.20, NATO selected, SHA-256 e5fdecdf...938b);
validate-corpus checks it against the operator's saves folder. The corpus test
now allows ready descriptors that carry a recorded save and keeps every other
one a bare template. CORPUS_BUILD.md records the pilot and what its review
taught for the other 13 families.
