The library harness picks a flight-plan target whose straight way from the aircraft is clear of every no-navigation zone.

  • It reads the side's active zones the way missions.create_flight_plans does (getnonavzone), and keeps 0.25° from them. The tool refuses within 0.2° (#30).
  • When no target qualifies, it skips the flight-plan steps and says why, instead of sending a write the tool would refuse.
  • On AI TEST SCENARIO as it stands, every hostile target lies inside or at the edge of the flow's zone around Santa Clara AB. The rerun therefore waits for the operator to reload the save.

target, and two aircraft able to hit it, whose straight way keeps 0.25 degrees
from every zone; otherwise it skips the flight plan steps and says why. The
