Map: a host's click opens its Hosted tab, not a list over the map ... da2b3c608e

Clicking a carrier, airfield facility or other unit holding units selects
it and leaves its units to the inspector's Hosted tab instead of covering
the map with a name-only list. The map's lists show an own unit's class,
condition, time to ready and loadout once read, and the legend describes
the current mouse controls.
