Settings: saved LLM API servers, one active ... b7d0768645

Several API servers can be saved and switched between; CMOnet sends model
requests only to the active one. Each keeps a name, its connection fields
and its own endpoint-bound token. The settings' connection fields edit the
server shown in the new picker; Save settings makes it active, the server it
replaces keeps its fields and token. Servers not in use can be added, edited
and removed without switching (PUT/DELETE /api/v1/llm/servers/{id}, fenced by
the settings revision). Schema 22 makes a configured endpoint the first,
active server.
