VinnyNC 9e8dea7662 Complete 3.2.3: Component Breakpoint Overrides 
- Added comprehensive component-specific responsive behavior across all breakpoints
- Implemented container query support with @container rules for modern responsive design
- Created breakpoint overrides for buttons, cards, form controls, chat messages, and video player
- Added container-aware styling for cards, chat components, and buttons
- Introduced component-specific responsive utility classes (.btn-responsive-*, .card-responsive-*, etc.)
- Tested layout behavior across all responsive breakpoints
